• Rental history, name and address of landlord

• Good Credit or Bad Credit (if bad credit, you will be required to participate in our other programs)

• Acceptable Background Check

• First Time Homebuyer Seminar

• Registered Voter (or CCA can help you to register to vote)

• Children Enrolled in School and Good Attendance

• Verifiable Income 

 

We also have Rent to Own properties for qualified individuals.
